Carat pipe is a hot winding high-density polyethylene (HDPE) winding structural wall pipe. This wall pipe is made of high-density polyethylene resin as the main raw material, using hot winding forming process, and polypropylene (PP) single-wall corrugated pipe as the supporting structure to form a special structural wall pipe with high external pressure resistance.


Performance characteristics:.

1.High quality of hot winding weld The flat material strip and U-shaped material strip in a molten state extruded from the extruder are evenly wound on the heated roller mold according to the predetermined position, ensuring the quality of the weld seam of the structural wall tube. In particular, the weld seam of the flat material strip in the structural design is covered by the polyethylene-coated support tube, which improves the overall external pressure resistance of the product.

2.Excellent installation performance The pipe connection adopts the socket-type electric fusion connection technology with the same material as the pre-buried electric fuse in the socket, and the connection quality is high. It can achieve 100% leakage-free, ensuring the same life of the pipeline system and the safety of operation. At the same time, because this product is lighter than other pipes under the same application conditions, it is easy to transport and the construction is convenient and fast, which can reduce the construction cost. In the application scope, it does not require concrete cushion and concrete pipe foundation trench. After qualified, the pipe can be directly laid. Basically, it can be excavated, laid, and backfilled at the same time, which simplifies the construction process and shortens the project period. During the project acceptance, the air-tight test is used instead of the water-tight test, which not only speeds up the acceptance, but also saves the complicated work and a lot of test costs in the water-tight test.

HDPE can be recycled and reused, and is a green and environmentally friendly product. 5.The roughness rate of the inner wall of the pipe is low, and the water delivery capacity is large. The roughness rate N of the inner wall of the winding structure wall pipe is about 0.010, so the specific friction resistance is small when conveying fluids. Compared with other products with the same inner diameter under the same conditions of use, the water delivery capacity is much larger than that of cement pipes. Therefore, the winding structure wall pipe with a smaller inner diameter can be used to replace the cement pipe with a larger inner diameter. Under the same conditions, the reliability of the project using the winding structure wall pipe will be improved compared with traditional pipes, and the comprehensive benefits are obvious, especially in narrow construction sites, densely built buildings, complex underground pipelines and busy traffic sections, as well as in acidic soils.
